We are proud to announce our car park coating at The Millennity, located in Kowloon East. This premium commercial project features two impressive 20-storey towers that provide Grade-A office space, with a total gross floor area of approximately 650,000 square feet.
Beneath these towering structures, The Millennity boasts a large 10-storey podium that houses a vibrant shopping mall, offering around 500,000 square feet of retail space. This area is designed to create a lush and leisurely shopping experience, comparable in scale to the renowned APM.
One of the highlights of our work on this project is the state-of-the-art four-storey parking garage located in the basement, which will accommodate nearly 400 vehicles. Our team has implemented advanced coating solutions to ensure durability and safety in this high-traffic environment. The garage will also feature several electric vehicle charging stations, supporting the growing demand for sustainable transportation options.
